Account automation or a Telegram bot?
A Telegram bot is a separate identity created with BotFather. Account automation operates through an account you connect to the workspace. Choose a bot for structured intake and recurring questions; use the account inbox when a teammate needs to handle an ongoing conversation. TelegramOS includes bot tools and account workflows, so choose the identity that matches the job.
Start with one repeatable process
For a support team, connect an account, route incoming questions to an owner and define when a human takes over. For an agency, separate client accounts and agree on access before enabling workflows. Review actual conversations and delivery results before expanding the process. Automation does not remove Telegram limits or guarantee that an account will avoid restrictions.
Cost and operating limits
You can start with your own accounts on the Free plan. Renting accounts is a separate paid choice. Telegram limits, account health and the configured action budgets still apply: if work is paused, check the account status and the limits documentation before retrying. Use automation for expected conversations and respect opt-outs.
