Billing & Wallet
TelegramOS plans, subscriptions, wallet top-ups and billing policies: how charges, renewals and plan changes work.
The platform operates on a subscription model with a prepaid wallet for a-la-carte purchases.

What each plan unlocks:
- Free: unified inbox, basic automation, and your own uploaded accounts.
- Starter: adds analytics and custom per-account safety limits.
- Growth: adds the visual bot flow builder and team workspaces.
- Agency: everything in Growth with the largest caps. The Agency plan row also carries
ai,marketplaceandslaflags, but nothing in the product checks them today.
Every new signup gets a 7-day trial tier before dropping to Free: 20 accounts, 2 bots, analytics, team workspaces, the flow builder and custom safety limits. A paid subscription always overrides the trial.
Every rented account comes with 50 MB of proxy data per month; extra data is $6/GB from the wallet.

Subscription lifecycle
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trialing | Reserved status. The 7-day trial is applied at the plan-limits level, so subscriptions do not currently pass through this state. |
| Active | Subscription is paid and current |
| Past due | A renewal payment failed. There is no automatic retry: you get a daily reminder with the days left and can pay at any time during a 3-day grace period. |
| Canceled | You canceled. Renewal stops; the paid period runs to its end. |
| Expired | The past-due grace ran out, or a canceled period ended. Rented accounts stay reserved for you for 5 more days. |
When the 5-day reservation after expiry ends, a reclamation job deletes the chats on both sides and returns the rented accounts to the pool.
Upgrades
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated:
- The upgrade takes effect immediately.
- The unused time of your current plan is credited to your wallet.
- The new plan price is charged immediately.
Example: You are on Starter ($9/mo) with 20 days remaining and upgrade to Growth ($29/mo). You receive a $6 credit (20/30 × $9) and are charged $29.
This applies to wallet-paid and Free-plan subscriptions. If your subscription is paid by crypto invoice, cancel it and subscribe to the new plan.
Downgrades
Downgrades also take effect immediately; they do not wait for the next renewal date. Rented accounts that came with the old plan stay reserved for 5 days and are then reclaimed.

Card payments are not available at the moment. Small crypto top-ups are locked to a low-fee coin (TRX by default); the full coin picker unlocks from $18 up, where every listed coin clears its own network minimum. Credit lands when NOWPayments reports the payment as finished.
The wallet balance can never go negative: a charge needs a balance at least as large as the amount. If an auto-renewal cannot be covered, the subscription goes past due.
Refunds
There is no automatic refund. Refund requests are handled manually by support.

Wallet across teams
The wallet belongs to your own user account. Teammates you invite spend from their own wallets, and balances cannot be transferred between accounts.
Crypto renewals
For subscriptions paid with cryptocurrency, the platform generates a payment invoice 7 days before the renewal date. If payment is not received by the renewal date, the subscription enters past-due status. Invoices are priced in USD and expire after 7 days if left unpaid.
Pool capacity and stock-outs
Bundles and plan-included accounts are allocated on the spot; there is no waiting list.
- A bundle purchase that the pool cannot fill fails with "not enough pre-warmed accounts available" and you are not charged.
- A paid-plan activation that the pool cannot fill fails the same way. You can ask to be notified when accounts are back in stock.
- Plan-included accounts are allocated when the subscription is activated and carried forward on each renewal.
