Sending limits

Every cap below is per account, on a rolling window, and identical on every plan — these are anti-ban limits, not a pricing tier. Adding accounts is what raises your throughput: each one carries its own budget.

Replying to someone who is already talking to you is the lowest-risk thing an account does, so inbox and API replies get their own headroom. Campaigns and mass DM reach strangers and stay on the tighter numbers.

ActionPer hourPer day
Inbox / API reply (a person, or the API standing in for one)60300
Campaign / mass-DM send1040
Forward20200
Group join4060
Group invite (off by default)420

Over the cap the API answers 429 with [HOURLY_MESSAGE_LIMIT] or [DAILY_MESSAGE_LIMIT]. An account whose health score has dropped below 80 gets a proportionally smaller budget, floored at 30% of the numbers above.

LimitValue
Hourly send cap by warm-up stage3 (day 0) → 8 (day 1) → 15 (day 3) → 25 (day 5) → 30 (active)
Campaign sends per account per day200
Mass-DM cold sends per account per day30
Messages per second (global, all accounts)10
Delay before each actionsend 3-8 s, reply 2-6 s, forward 4-10 s, join 5-15 s; ×2.5 while not active, ×4 → ×1.5 across the warm-up stages
Campaign gap between targets15-90 s, random (configurable per campaign)
Flood-wait gatewait + 1-5 s (active); wait × 2.5 + 30-90 s and one warm-up stage back (warming)
Health-score penalty-15 per flood-wait in the last 7 days (capped at -45); -30 per spam report (capped at -60)

Cold DM (no shared group)

By default an account only opens a first conversation with people it already shares a group with — that is the shared-group gate, and it is what keeps outreach from being flagged. Imported lists of strangers therefore stay paused until the account joins a group those people are in.

The Outreach panel has a Send without a shared group (cold DM, high risk) switch that lifts the gate for one job. Cold DMs still run under the campaign / mass-DM budget above (10 per hour, 40 per day, 30 cold sends per day) and are the fastest way to get an account spam-limited or banned. A banned account is not replaced; a rented account used this way is not covered either — the rental fee is not refunded.
